Can I Buy On-line?

We have implemented an on-line purchasing system using PayPal, which enables us to accept major credit cards securely.

How Does The Buying Process Work?

As soon as you place your order by pressing the "Order Now" button, you will be connected to a PayPal secure server where you will be asked to enter your payment and shipping address details. We will be notified by PayPal of your purchase when your funds are approved and we will action your order.

Why Do You Use PayPal?

Using PayPal enables us to have access to a secure server system for credit card processing. PayPal is listed on the NASDAQ.

What are Shipping Costs?

Our shipping charge includes both shipping and insurance. We pass on these costs direct from the shipper, without any mark-up. Shipping costs vary hugely depending on size and weight, and can range from $30 upwards.

We ship via UPS and/or FedEx Ground, insured.

NOTE : The shipping costs quoted are for USA mainland only (excluding Alaska).

What are Packaging Costs?

These include the construction of the wooden crate, plus packaging and materials, and are generally fixed at $50. Stained glass art is of course both heavy and EXTREMELY delicate, therefore careful packing and shipping is a must. If you agree to return the crate to us, we will reduce your Packaging cost.
